Real Trends in 2026

Brokering neighbor relationships, homes sales, and community issues takes a lot of work. While I appreciate the recognition of that effort, I won’t rest on my laurels. I strive to improve my systems, learn from colleagues in other markets, and listen to my clients. Their needs, your needs, evolve and my responsiveness to it all must evolve too. In 2026, I was ranked 32 in Montana and 10 in Big Sky (by sales volume). I’d say that’s pretty damn good when you consider that I took half of 2026 away from the office taking a hard-earned sabbatical. Now I’m back in the saddle, fully re-charged and eager to impress.
